Aaron Carter Memorial at Heart Weho in Downtown Los Angeles

One of my favorite types of photography in addition to portraiture and fashion, is event/concert photography.

I was beyond honored when invited to be a part of “Songs for Tomorrow” a memorial for Aaron Carter, hosted by on our sleeves in efforts to spread awareness about the importance of mental health.

Having grown up as a 90’s kid, you can imagine how this felt like a dream come true, surrounded and being given the opportunity to be able to photograph some of the worlds most notable popstars, Nick Carter .Lance Bass, AJ Mclean, David Archuleta , Otown, LFO was incredible. Voices I literally grow up to now in unison collectively as we all came together to honor the life of Aaron Carter who died very unexpectedly.

Angel, Aarons twin did a beautiful job at bringing this event together to bring awareness to “On our sleeves” an organization for children. mental health, and it is now her life’s goal to spread awareness for generations to come.

I look forward to being a part of On our Sleeves and to be a part of such amazing continued events.
