I'm Lauren, your go-to event photographer, and I'm here to capture the moments that make your events shine. From the glitz and glamour of Hollywood premieres to the laid-back vibes of beachside gatherings or more formal corporate events, I specialize in documenting the magic of events across the diverse landscape of Los angeles and Orange County. What types of events do you photograph?
I cover a wide range of events including small and large scale corporate events and conventions, company parties and celebrations, concerts,trade shows, conferences, fashion shows, pretty much anything you could ask for.
how Long have you been in business?
I’ve been in business since 2012, graduating with a degree BA in Mass communications, specifically photojournalism from Biola University.
What makes you unique?
Unlike some large scale companies or production companies who hire out other photographers, or associates at lower rates. I work DIRECTLY with you on your project. I pride myself on a hard work ethic and the custom and personal experience I can deliver to all my clients. When you hire me, you are getting me :), and if you book any other second photographers to assist me they are photographers, I have personally worked with before and chosen them to help me document your experience.
How do I book you?
Booking is easy—just fill out the Contact Form with your event details. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours, and typically set up a consultation call to make sure I gather all the information I need to quote properly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day. Having said that I do understand that for larger corporate clients, there can sometimes be a net30/45, if that is the case I’m willing to work with you under this special circumstance.
What’s the turnaround time for photos?
You’ll receive your edited digital gallery within 7-14 business days of the event, maybe even sooner depending on the size of your event. I ensure to make sure I spend quality time on editing, and don’t like to hand over images that don’t look polished, so that is why I ask for the time I do. Need them sooner? Expedited delivery is available—just ask! I always deliver a handful of teasers within the same day/evening of the event. I can also bring on an onsite editor for same day delivery.
Do you bring on other assistants?
Absolutely! I work with a variety of vendors to make sure we can supply you with exactly you need for an event. From additional photographers, to assistants, digitechs, makeup artists, or whatever you might need.
How many photos will I get?
Photo quantity varies by event length:
More than enough to make sure your event is covered and represented in its entirety.
For a full day event you can expect 300+ photos depending on how much content there is to capture.
Do you offer HEadshots?
Yes we do, I offer headshots and also normally work with a tech the day of to more efficiently process photos for your clients. Reach out for rates or to chat about adding it onto your event coverage!
What happens if it rains or we reschedule?
If your event is postponed due to weather or other changes, I’ll work with you to reschedule. Your deposit can be applied to a future date within 6 months.
Do you travel?
Yes! I’m based in Huntington Beach, CA, but available for travel. Events outside a 30-mile radius may include a travel fee—let me know your location and I’ll provide a quote.
Can you provide a w-9 and COI?
Yes! I ask for at least a two week turn around time ( but can usually get it sooner) for the COI, and I carry full business and liability insurance.
Do you bring backup gear?
Absolutely. I always bring backup cameras, lenses, and lighting to ensure your event is captured without a hitch. I also backup your event to four seperate places. My comptuer will host the project as I’m working, I backup to an online server, and then two external harddrives, one which I keep, the other I keep in another location in a fireproof safe.
Can I request specific shots?
Yes! I welcome shot lists or any special photo requests you have. This helps make sure I capture everything that matters most to you.
