Elegant Maternity Boudoir Styled Photoshoot

Just because you’re pregnant, doesn’t mean you can’t do a Maternity Boudoir styled photoshoot. In fact, this might be the perfect time to do this type of photoshoot, especially if you tend to be more private or arn’t super keen on the idea of doing a regular boudoir session.

There is something about having a baby bump, and being able to celebrate the changes to your body in being the vessel that brings your babe into the world that can be very empowering. The fact that we as women are able to carry creation inside of us is truly a miracle in and of itself.

Angela wanted to wear some beautiful gowns, but also transition into some nice more “natural” inspired bohemian lingerie sets that would bring in the essence of her love for nature, she also mentioned her huge love for flowers which we tried to incorporate into some of the imagery as well.

This maternity photoshoot at my studio in Huntington Beach was such a beautiful blend of elegance and fun, and had so many fashionable outfits that led to some great moments.

I can’t wait for Angelas beautiful baby girl to grace this world, and I’m so very excited to be doing their newborn photo session when she arrives.
